Last updated: 6.10.26

1. Who we are

Arch Golf Ltd (company no. 16280399, registered in England and Wales) operates TrackMan-powered indoor golf venues at 301–303 Railton Road, London SE24 0JN (Herne Hill) and 7 Atlantic Road, London SW9 8HX (Brixton), and the website www.archgolf.co.uk.

We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Contact: info@archgolf.co.uk. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website, book a session, join our mailing list or visit our venues.

2. Information we collect

  • Booking details — name, email address, phone number, booking date/time and venue, collected when you book through our booking provider.

  • Payment information — processed by our booking and payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

  • Marketing sign-ups — your email address when you join our mailing list on the website or at a venue.

  • Enquiries — whatever you include when you email or message us (events enquiries, coaching, support).

  • Entry and usage data — door entry codes issued per booking, and records of when they are used, to keep our self-service venues secure.

  • CCTV footage — images of visitors at both venues (see section 4).

  • Website data — device and usage information collected through cookies when you browse archgolf.co.uk (see section 8).

We do not knowingly collect data from children except as part of a parent or guardian's booking.

4. CCTV at our venues

Both venues are self-service and operate 24-hour recorded CCTV for crime prevention, the safety of our guests and the protection of our equipment. Signage is displayed at each venue.

Footage is stored securely and retained for 30 days, after which it is overwritten, unless it is needed for an incident, insurance claim or law-enforcement request. We share footage only with the police or other authorities where required, or with our insurers in connection with a claim. You can request a copy of footage of yourself by emailing info@archgolf.co.uk with the venue, date and approximate time — we may need to blur other people before releasing it.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect your information:

  • Booking and simulator platforms — our booking provider and TrackMan (session bookings, gift cards and bundles, simulator accounts you choose to create)

  • Payment processors — to take payment securely

  • Website and email providers — Wix (website hosting and forms) and our email marketing platform

  • Professional advisers and insurers — accountants, lawyers and insurers where needed

  • Authorities — police, regulators or courts where we are legally required

Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by UK-approved safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to: access the personal data we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; port it to another provider; and withdraw consent at any time (for example, unsubscribe from marketing). To exercise any of these rights, email info@archgolf.co.uk — we'll respond within one month.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113, though we'd appreciate the chance to resolve it first.

8. Cookies and analytics

Our website runs on Wix, which sets essential cookies needed for the site to work (security, load balancing, your cookie preferences). With your consent via the cookie banner, we and our providers also set analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and marketing cookies [list any — e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics — or delete]. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner, and change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer or your browser settings.

9. Marketing emails

We only send marketing (launch offers, deals, news from our venues) if you've opted in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing but not service emails about bookings you've made — those we have to send.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time; the latest version always lives on this page with the date at the top. Questions, requests or complaints: info@archgolf.co.uk, or write to Arch Golf Ltd, 301–303 Railton Road, London SE24 0JN.
